We've Been Busy Making This Game


Thank you all for playing and rating this game, Ludum Dare was quite a journey! It has shown that many-many things can go south in every unexpected way possible, and how important it is to receive and react to feedback. Especially since it is our first entry ever.

We've managed to finish this game and submit it just as we wanted, despite many things being left unimplemented due to the time constraints. But that's fine, right? Isn't that why this Jam even exists? It was truly delightful to hear so much suggestions and complaints thrown in our direction… Here is some stuff we're itching to share with you!


Visual changes

First of all, we've made some changes to artstyle and overall graphics. (notice the fog on top of the room and post-processing effects, amazing!)

Visual clues for what you control were added too, since many people mistook the ghost of your victim for the same ghost over and over (I even had to change the description to reflect that!). Anyway, it's much more cute with hair!

New challengers characters

That's a new character to take care of! Even more are WIP, and this include bosses! We thought that it was too boring to have all characters behave the same, so each one of them will get its own quirk!

Gameplay improvements

We've addressed some questionable gameplay decisions, such as unfair game over when people turn near the staircase (yes, that guy, I'm looking at you) and control pause every time anybody interacts with something, which brought many more possibilities on how to enhance game process even more. TV overlay allows players to see people's thoughts and reactions without annoyingly interupting control of your character.
